Next-generation ERP Focus X Launches at GITEX

Focus Softnet is celebrating its 25^th year of participation at GITEX Technology Week this year with the launch of its next-generation ERP, Focus X. Now on its 10^th version, Focus X can facilitate organisations with predictive analysis and forecasting using Artificially Intelligent and Futuristic Applications (AIFA) AI and machine-learning driven statistics.

Ali Hyder, Group CEO for Focus Softnet, cited the importance of GITEX in the region. “GITEX has always been an important platform for us where we can always meet with potential partners and customers. We’ve seen it grow over the years and even with the recent pandemic we feel that show is even busier this year,” he said.

Focus X features an advanced AI engine that makes it stand out from the traditional ERP. Users can easily communicate with ERP and do various tasks that include fetching data, documents, and reports. Along with that, the use of AI aids businesses with predictive analysis that can help industries in forecasting accurate results.

As cybersecurity threats become an increasing trend, Focus Softnet emphasises that it always uses the latest security protocols, so breaches are almost non-existent. True to that statement, Hyder added that currently, not a single customer of theirs has reported any data breaches.

Customers are now also more aware of existing solutions compared to previous years. “Thanks to the increased use of mobiles and applications. Customers are expecting the same kind of efficiency when using ERP,” said Hyder. Much like virtual assistants, Focus X features conversational AI where customers can easily ask any questions that they may have.

Hyder concluded that the increased adoption of AI and even Blockchain would help bring better solutions for customers – a trend that Focus Softnet is already working on.
