Endava has announced a reshuffle of its executive leadership team following the departure of two senior leaders.
Chief Executive Officer John Cotterell has taken on additional responsibilities overseeing sales and go-to-market functions, following the retirement of Julian Bull, the company’s Chief Operating Officer. The move marks a shift towards a more centralised leadership structure.
In a separate leadership change, Alastair Lukies CBE has joined Endava as Chief Engagement Officer. His role will focus on enhancing internal and external stakeholder relationships. Lukies will also chair Endava’s newly launched Global Advisory Board, which aims to guide the company’s growth in artificial intelligence.
Rob Machin, formerly Endava’s COO, has rejoined the company as Chief People and Locations Officer. He replaces David Churchill, who has stepped down and will leave the company. Machin will be responsible for continuing to develop Endava’s engineering teams and supporting the delivery of core systems modernisation and AI-based productivity initiatives.
