Huawei has unveiled a new lineup of flagship devices at its latest global launch event, introducing the HUAWEI Mate X7 foldable smartphone, HUAWEI FreeClip 2 open-ear earphones, HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN smartwatch, and the HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S tablet.
The launch expands Huawei’s premium device portfolio across smartphones, wearables, audio, and tablets, with a focus on foldable durability, imaging performance, health tracking, and creative productivity.
Speaking at the event, Zhu Ping, President of Marketing and Sales Services at Huawei Consumer Business Group, said Huawei will continue to prioritise user needs as it develops new products.
“By understanding and responding to users’ real needs, we aim to help the world’s consumers use technology to unfold every moment. Our goal is not only to deliver exceptional product experiences, but also to enable every user to embrace the moments that matter most to them.”
HUAWEI Mate X7
The Mate X7 is Huawei’s latest foldable smartphone and the company’s first slim foldable device designed to match the imaging capabilities of its standard flagship phones. It features a second-generation True-to-Color Camera with a claimed 43% improvement in colour accuracy, alongside an Ultra Lighting HDR Camera, Ultra-Wide Camera, and Telephoto Macro Camera. Video capture supports up to 17.5 EV Ultra Lighting HDR.
The device is built on Huawei’s Ultra-Reliable Foldable Architecture, combining Ultra Durable Crystal Armor Kunlun Glass on the outer display, advanced precision hinges, and a 3-layer composite ultra-tough internal structure. Thermal management is handled by a 3,550 mm² vapour chamber and graphene cooling system, paired with a 5,600 mAh battery.
The Mate X7 is available in Brocade White with a nano fibre finish, as well as Nebula Red and Black vegan leather options.
HUAWEI FreeClip 2
The FreeClip 2 earphones feature an open-ear, ear-clip design aimed at all-day wear. Each earbud weighs 5.1 g and is powered by high-energy dual-driver units, supported by an NPU-based AI processor that delivers ten times the computing performance of the previous generation.
The earphones offer IP57 dust and water resistance and up to 38 hours of total battery life. Colour options include Blue, White, Black, and a new Rose Gold variant for international markets.

HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN
The WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN is introduced in a new Royal Gold Edition, featuring an industry-first rare-earth purple ceramic bezel combined with 18K gold, a zirconium-based liquid metal case, and a purple-gold titanium alloy strap.
Designed for extreme environments, the smartwatch includes features for deep-sea diving, including an enhanced waterproof system and direct sonar-based underwater communication. Additional capabilities include an upgraded antenna for improved connectivity, AI-powered noise cancellation for calls, eSIM support, and precise positioning through the Huawei Sunflower Positioning System. Health tracking is supported by the TruSense system with X-TAP technology.
HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S
The MatePad 11.5 S targets creators and productivity users, featuring Huawei’s PaperMatte Display, designed to reduce glare while maintaining image clarity. The tablet supports paperless workflows through compatibility with the M-Pencil Pro stylus and a magnetic keyboard.
The device comes pre-loaded with Huawei Notes and GoPaint, with expanded creative tools including animation features. It also supports professional productivity applications such as Wondershare Filmora with shortcut key support and the WPS Office suite for document creation and editing.
Huawei said the launch reflects its broader strategy of focusing on practical use cases across devices rather than incremental upgrades alone, as it continues to expand its flagship hardware portfolio globally.
