Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam) has unveiled Salam B2B 2.0 at LEAP 2026, as the Saudi telecommunications provider expands its focus from IT services towards broader digital transformation and integrated technology solutions.
The move will see Salam expand beyond its traditional connectivity and infrastructure services to provide technology solutions spanning design, deployment and management for enterprises and government organisations in Saudi Arabia.

Abdullah Khorami said: “For years, Salam has operated as an IT services provider, supporting enterprises with essential connectivity and infrastructure needs. Today, we are evolving into a full-spectrum digital transformation partner, offering a robust portfolio of solutions capable of designing, deploying, and managing the integrated solutions that enterprises need to compete in a digital-first world. We are committed to deepening relationships with existing clients, expanding the value we deliver, and establishing Salam as the most credible technology solutions partner in Saudi Arabia.”
The repositioning comes as Saudi Arabia continues to expand its digital economy under Vision 2030. According to figures cited by Salam, the Kingdom’s digital economy is projected to reach SAR 495 billion in 2026 and contribute 15 percent of GDP, while the ICT market has surpassed SAR 180 billion.
Salam said its B2B strategy is aligned with the Kingdom’s target for the digital economy to account for 19.9 percent of GDP by 2030.
As part of the expanded B2B offering, the company will target sectors including healthcare, education, hospitality and tourism, logistics, government, banking and financial services, sports and entertainment, energy, aviation, and defence and security.
The shift builds on Salam’s existing telecommunications and network infrastructure business, with the company seeking to extend its role across enterprise technology and digital transformation projects.
Abdullah Khorami said: “Saudi Arabia is at a defining moment in its digital journey, and the enterprises and government organizations driving that journey need a partner with the expertise, vision, and integrated solutions to help them move forward with confidence. That is what Salam represents, and we are ready to deliver.”
