TripleFast Middle East has successfully migrated to the cloud with the deployment of Epicor Kinetic, marking a significant step in the company’s ongoing digital transformation. The move has already delivered measurable operational gains, including reducing quotation turnaround times from as long as 10 days to as little as 2 days, representing a reduction of up to 80%.
TripleFast Middle East manufactures and stocks a diverse range of fasteners and engineered components for the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors. Operating in a segment defined by technical precision, fluctuating material costs and tight project deadlines, the company recognised the need to strengthen its digital backbone to support faster response times, tighter cost control and improved cross-functional visibility.

TripleFast selected Epicor Kinetic deployed in the cloud as the next phase in its long-standing relationship with Epicor, aligning with the vendor’s product roadmap, while enabling centralised management, enhanced security and reduced on-premises infrastructure requirements. The deployment included core ERP functionality alongside the quoting module, product configurator and production scheduling capabilities.
One of the most significant improvements has been in the company’s quoting process. Previously, cost calculations were managed through standalone spreadsheets before being manually transferred into the ERP system. Today, quotes are generated directly within Epicor Kinetic using structured part codes and integrated costing logic. This has reduced turnaround times from up to 10 days to approximately 2 days, while improving pricing precision and traceability. The system now ensures that each quotation is built on consistent cost data, reducing manual handoffs and strengthening margin control.
To further enhance commercial accuracy, TripleFast customised the product configurator to reflect the complexity of its engineered products. Sales and costing teams input key product specifications, such as dimensions and material grades, into the configurator. The system either references existing part codes or automatically creates new ones, with cost data calculated through embedded logic. This integration ensures that part creation, costing and quoting are synchronised within a single environment, supporting both speed and consistency.
Operational visibility has also been strengthened through the deployment of advanced production scheduling. TripleFast refined its bills of operations and embedded detailed machine times within the system to enable more precise planning. Delivery buffers and need-by dates are now incorporated into scheduling logic, providing clearer timelines for both production and sales teams. Real-time dashboards allow sales teams to track order status directly, reducing internal bottlenecks and improving predictability across departments.
Looking ahead, TripleFast plans to extend its use of the platform to include financial planning and analysis capabilities. Enhanced forecasting tools are expected to provide deeper insight into revenue timing and operational performance, further integrating financial and production data within a single reporting framework.
