Redington has announced a new distribution partnership with AvePoint, a global provider of data security, governance, and resilience solutions. The agreement will make AvePoint’s data protection, governance, and migration tools more accessible to enterprises and public-sector organisations across the Middle East and Africa.
The shift toward cloud-based collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint continues to accelerate in the region, bringing increased attention to data security, privacy, and compliance requirements. The partnership aims to address these concerns by supporting channel partners and customers with technologies designed to secure and manage data across modern workplace environments.
Redington will support the rollout through training programmes, certification workshops, and go-to-market initiatives intended to help partners deploy AvePoint solutions and improve customers’ overall cybersecurity posture.
“As organisations across the Middle East and Africa continue to embrace cloud and collaboration platforms, ensuring secure and compliant data management has become mission-critical. Our partnership with AvePoint strengthens our ability to deliver best-in-class governance and protection solutions that enable enterprises to fully unlock the potential of digital collaboration without compromising on security,” said Nehal Sharma, Senior Vice President, Global Product & Alliance, Cloud & Software, Redington Group. “Together, we aim to empower our partners and customers to build resilient, future-ready workplaces.”
“We’re excited to join hands with Redington to expand our footprint across the MEA region and help organizations strengthen their data protection and compliance frameworks,” said Mohammed Helaly, Sr. Sales Director, Middle East, Turkey and Africa, AvePoint. “Redington’s strong regional expertise and partner ecosystem will be instrumental in helping businesses adopt AvePoint’s secure, scalable solutions for Microsoft 365 and other collaboration platforms, driving safer and smarter digital transformation.”
The partnership reflects both companies’ broader focus on supporting secure collaboration and strengthening the region’s digital infrastructure.
