The EduTech 360 Customer Success Summit & Awards, hosted by Guardian One Technologies in partnership with Insight Media and Publishing (IMP), brought together educators, technologists, and thought leaders to explore the powerful intersection of education and technology. Held in the UAE, the summit highlighted how digital innovation is reshaping classrooms and campuses across the region. The event explored the powerful convergence of education and technology and celebrated the pioneers.
The event opened with a warm welcome from Dr. Ashith Piriyattiath, CEO of Guardian One Technologies, followed by an inspiring keynote by a seasoned corporate leader and psychologist Dr. Catherine O’Farrell, who brought a unique perspective on how to design learning environments that not only embrace digital transformation, but also nurture wellbeing, adaptability, and purpose in both students and educators.

Attendees were treated to insightful presentations from industry leaders including Aftab Saloda, Head of Cyber Security Services at Silverse, who unpacked the strategic role of cybersecurity in modern education, and Shyam Sundar Chelnat, Account Director at Accops Systems, who outlined how future-ready campuses must evolve.
The energy in the room peaked during the panel discussion on ‘From Automation to Innovation,’ moderated by Alex Gray from Arcadia School. The panelists, Renad Turki, Founder & AI in Education Trainer, Aliriza, CEO, Yoogil– a pioneer in educational robotics, Clara Martin, Principal, Sabari Indian School, Jwairia Saleem, Principal, Woodlem Park School, explored how AI and robotics are not only transforming learning but also empowering students with personalised and future-ready experiences.

Continuing with another set of presentations, Naseer Karim, Regional Pre-Sales Manager at TP-Link discussed the vital role of high-performance Wi-Fi infrastructure in building digital campuses, followed by a meaningful session by Nadia Baraghithi, Regional Educational Manager at Smart Technologies on empowering neurodivergent learners through inclusive tech.
The summit culminated with the prestigious EduTech 360 Awards, recognising both organisations and individuals who have shown exceptional leadership and innovation in digital education. From STEM initiatives to managed infrastructure and visionary tech leadership, winners across categories were celebrated for their impact.

The event closed on a high note with a heartfelt message from Dr. Ashith Piriyattiath, CEO of Guardian One Technologies, who also recognised two outstanding Guardian One team members for their five years of dedicated service.
