Foresight Technology, a provider of complete range of servers, storage solutions, security solutions and services and a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Data, the country’s leading digital transformation solutions provider, has revealed the signing of a new strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the leading technology solutions provider Huawei to further enhance joint cooperation.
Under the terms of the MoU, both parties will work together to explore and introduce digital transformation and new innovations in the UAE and the rest of the region. During a virtual signing ceremony, the agreement was signed by Fayez Ibbini, CEO, Alpha Data and Ouyang Dongyue, Managing Director of Huawei UAE Enterprise Business Group.
The two companies will work to achieve the very highest customer satisfaction targets, conduct market research, and develop insights to explore potential market segments. Joint market exploration shall be based on the result of new market insights as well as leveraging existing connections of Foresight Technology and Huawei, with both parties recommending and engaging with their respective connections to support each other. Based on the MoU, Foresight Technology will serve as a strategic partner of Huawei for digital transformation and technology services.
Moreover, Huawei will support Foresight Technology’s digital transformation architecture and design, making sure that the information and communications technology (ICT) solutions offered by Foresight Technology to its end customer are deployed most effectively.
