TECNO Mobile has launched its new smartphone CAMON 12. Designed specifically for selfie and photography enthusiasts, the launch event of the new device also saw the company highlight its regional market strategy, and expansion plans as it seeks to grow its footprint across the Middle East.

Key features of CAMON 12 include a 6.52” Crystal Dot Notch Screen along with an outstanding 90% edge-to-edge ratio – users are ensured a new and holistic cinematic viewing experience with a wider horizon.
Users can now take more natural and exquisite photos with the 16MP main lens focusing on AI scene detection and AI HDR. This also helps in covering various common shooting scenarios and offering corresponding AI optimization. The remarkable bokeh effect highlights the main portrait and blurs background sundry, making the portrait the best visual sense. The secondary lens brings 120° super-wide-angle shots and 2cm extreme macro photography experience.
Equipped with the latest version of the Android Pie operating system and user interface, its makers say CAMON 12 brings users a brand new user experience. The newly upgraded system focuses on playing a role of intelligent partner as it not only offers efficient working conditions, but also varied entertaining functions. Intelligent voice broadcast, Smart panel, AI read mode and other refreshing functions are inbuilt in the phone.
The CAMON 12 is now available in the UAE in two stylish colours – Dark Jade and Dawn Blue, starting at AED 589, including VAT.
