What does your morning routine look like?
I start my day around 5:00 AM with a few minutes of meditation—it helps me find clarity, focus, and intention. After that, I enjoy a healthy breakfast with my family, which is something I truly cherish before the day picks up.
If time permits, I skim through key industry headlines to stay updated. I also send a few thoughtful messages to family and friends, wishing them a great day. It’s a simple ritual, but one that starts the morning with positivity.
How do you prepare for the workday?
Between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, I shift into work mode. I go through my emails, identify my top three priorities, and align with my team on anything urgent. I like to start my day feeling organised and mentally prepared—it really sets the tone for everything that follows.
What’s your approach to productivity during the day?
From 9:00 AM to noon is my peak focus window. I use this time for strategic planning, decision-making, and market analysis. I try to avoid distractions so I can fully concentrate. Key customer engagements, partner deliverables, and internal initiatives are usually handled during this time—things that require my best attention and energy.
How do you spend your lunch break?
I prefer to keep lunch simple and offline, if possible. Sometimes I’ll catch up with a colleague, mentor, or someone who’s played a meaningful role in my professional journey. Other times, I use the break to reflect and reset so I can return to work refreshed and recharged.
What does your afternoon typically involve?
Afternoons are all about collaboration and execution. I lead or attend customer meetings, strategy discussions, and check-ins with teams across the region. The focus shifts from planning to implementation—translating strategy into results, aligning teams, and driving progress.
How do you wind down the workday?
Between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, I wrap things up by reviewing the day’s accomplishments, clearing out any remaining emails, and listing my top priorities for the next day. I also make it a point to recognise small wins—whether it’s a closed deal, a resolved challenge, or a teammate who’s gone the extra mile.
How do you balance work with personal time in the evening?
Evenings are reserved for my family, though building a market sometimes means working a little later. That’s part of the passion I bring to the role. But I make it a point to disconnect when I can—whether it’s dinner with my husband and kids, watching my daughter’s gymnastics training, or catching up with my sons about university.
Before bed, I spend a few quiet moments journaling or reflecting on the day. It helps me end with clarity and gratitude.
