Liferay AI Hub to take centre stage as Saudi enterprises navigate AI’s shift from deployment to business value

Cohesity study: UAE excels in compliance, eyes AI governance next

Liferay returns to LEAP 2026, bringing Liferay AI Hub to Saudi enterprise audiences navigating the shift from AI deployment to AI that is governed, scalable and grounded in the right data. In its fifth edition, LEAP continues to bring together the world’s most ambitious technology community, and Liferay’s showcase to enterprises across the Kingdom will focus on a conscious transition of AI ambitions to measurable business outcomes, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre, Malham, from 31 August to 3 September.

A recent Liferay global research study found that while enterprises are rapidly embracing AI agents, governance, training and measurement practices are struggling to keep pace. In Saudi Arabia, this dynamic is particularly visible; PwC’s 2026 AI Performance Study confirms that organisations in the Kingdom are outpacing global peers across several dimensions of AI maturity, yet the next challenge is not scale, but value: turning AI momentum into stronger returns and lasting competitive advantage.

Liferay will spotlight Liferay AI Hub at LEAP 2026, a standalone SaaS product that enables enterprise organisations to build, deploy and manage AI agents through a low-code environment. Grounded in an organisation’s own data and governed by its existing security policies, Liferay AI Hub allows Saudi enterprises to extend their existing access controls directly into AI-driven workflows, delivering speed, security and governance without starting over.

Alongside Liferay AI Hub, Liferay will also introduce the recently launched Liferay Data Platform, giving B2B organisations a single, trusted view of account activity drawn from CRM, marketing automation and behavioural data, enabling sales and marketing teams to act on account intelligence in real time.

Joining Liferay at the booth are regional partners Blackstone eIT, Sword, Netways and OSOS, each bringing deep domain expertise across Saudi Arabia’s key sectors including public sector, financial services and manufacturing.

“Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 has set one of the most clearly defined digital agendas in the world, and the pace of enterprise AI adoption here reflects that ambition,” said Moussalam Dalati, General Manager, Middle East, Africa and France, Liferay. “What we are seeing across the Kingdom is that organisations have moved past the question of whether to adopt AI. The priority now is making AI work, securely, governed and grounded in the right data to produce business value. Liferay AI Hub gives enterprises the foundation to do exactly that, without starting over.”

Liferay’s commitment to enterprise AI governance is independently recognised. Earlier this month, Liferay was named a Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Digital Experience Platforms, receiving the highest overall rating of all vendors in the report.

Liferay will be at Booth H4.E70 at LEAP 2026, Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre, Malham, from 31 August to 3 September 2026.
