UiPath brings new Agentic AI solutions to financial services, retail, and enterprise operations

UiPath expands Agentic AI into banking, retail and enterprise operations

At the UiPath Agentic Summit, UiPath announced a new wave of agentic AI solutions spanning financial services, retail, manufacturing, and enterprise finance operations. Covering financial crime compliance, loan origination, purchase-to-pay, retail merchandising, commercial pricing, and inventory management, the solutions combine AI agents, automation, and orchestration to address complex, high-volume workflows that have long resisted full automation.

“AI adoption is accelerating across industries, yet many organisations still struggle to move from experimentation to production that delivers measurable business outcomes. UiPath Solutions for retail, banking, and finance are purpose-built for high-impact use cases—combining agents and agentic orchestration to drive smarter decision-making across inventory and supply chains, fraud and compliance, and purchase-to-pay processes. From enabling faster customer decisions and modernising lending workflows to improving procurement efficiency and financial controls, organisations can rapidly deploy automation across critical operations while maintaining the governance, visibility, and trust required to scale AI responsibly. As the region’s enterprises accelerate their transformation agendas, UiPath remains committed to continuously innovating and delivering the agentic AI capabilities they need to stay ahead,” said Karl Crowther, Vice President, Middle East and Africa, UiPath.

Innovation announcements launched during Agentic AI Summit include:

UiPath launches Agentic solutions to strengthen fraud prevention and accelerate lending

UiPath introduces agentic AI solutions for financial services to automate complex workflows across financial crime compliance and loan origination. Incorporating recently acquired WorkFusion’s AI agents into the UiPath platform, the UiPath Solution for Financial Crime Compliance automates key analyst workflows including sanctions screening, alert review, and adverse media monitoring, reducing manual research time from 10–20 minutes per alert to approximately 1–2 minutes. Valley National Bank has already seen strong results, automating 61% of sanction-hit reviews and processing an average of 14,000 alerts monthly.

UiPath Lending Solutions use UiPath Maestro to orchestrate AI agents and automation workflows across existing lending platforms to automate loan packet review, perform risk analysis, and manage auditing and escalations. Customers including LMCU and Suncoast Credit Union are already streamlining home equity and commercial loan QA processes without requiring major system changes.

New UiPath Agentic solution accelerates procurement cycles for increased efficiency, cost savings, and improved supplier relationships

UiPath is also introducing the UiPath Solution for Purchase-to-Pay to help finance teams close gaps in procurement and accounts payable operations. Purchase-to-pay remains largely a process of handoffs between multiple systems of record, with incomplete data and approval workflows that slow down even routine purchases, resulting in discount capture leakage, supplier friction, and compliance gaps.

The solution introduces an agentic execution layer above existing systems of record, utilizing UiPath IXP and governed exception handling to automate complex steps across the P2P lifecycle. AI agents ingest invoices from multiple sources including email, PDFs, portals, and EDI, match them to purchase orders, classify discrepancies, and guide exception resolution, escalating only the cases that require human judgment. Combined with end-to-end orchestration through UiPath Maestro™, this approach shortens invoice cycle times, raises touchless rates, and accelerates exception resolution while keeping ERP systems authoritative and controls intact.

UiPath optimises retail and manufacturing operations with new Agentic solutions

UiPath also unveiled new agentic AI solutions to help retailers and manufacturers automate complex workflows across merchandising, commercial pricing, and inventory management, addressing the challenge of fragmented data across merchandising systems, ERP platforms, and supply chain tools that limits visibility and slows decision-making. For retailers, AI agents optimize product assortments using historical and real-time sales data, while a campaign agent automates the launch and management of promotions across digital and physical channels. For manufacturers, the UiPath Solution for Commercial Pricing brings agentic AI to the quote-to-order process, enabling organizations to predict market shifts, improve win rates, and execute optimal pricing strategies autonomously, while the UiPath Solution for Inventory Management uses AI agents and machine learning to predict stockouts, automate replenishment workflows, and rebalance inventory across warehouses, distribution centers, raw materials, and retail locations. Customers including Debenhams Group are already embracing the technology to manage stock and pricing more effectively across their brands.
