Dubai Internet City’s attendance comes on the heels of its participation in October 2023 as Innovation Partner of GITEX Global in Dubai, where the tech destination confirmed several strategic partnerships to strengthen the regional start-up ecosystem and bolster global technology sector, including with German Entrepreneurship GmbH and Korea’s National IT Industry Promotion Agency.
Artificial intelligence (AI), smart cities, mobility, and blockchain will be among the emerging themes discussed at GITEX Africa, with Dubai Internet City set to present the latest innovations and talent from its ecosystem, which includes global tech giants like Google, Microsoft, VISA, and Mastercard, at GITEX Africa. With advancements in AI applications driving enhancements in all facets of business and life, Dubai Internet City will also showcase its contribution to strategic visions like Dubai Economic Agenda ‘D33’ and the newly launched Dubai Universal Blueprint for AI (DUB.AI) at GITEX Africa.
