Esharah Signs MoU With Techwan

Esharah Etisalat Security Solutions, experts in the field of wired and wireless telecom networks (TETRA & Public Safety LTE), information technology and security solutions, signed an MoU with Techwan, a Swiss software editor in CAD (SAGA COMMAND and CONTROL) and crisis management (SAGA CRISIS). The partnership will offer solutions designed for public safety; for promoting competitiveness of Techwan to develop business in command and control solutions and deploy SAGA over Nedaa’s LTE cloud.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Ali Bahlooq, General Manager of Esharah and M. Jean Paul Mauron, CEO at Techwan, in the presence of HE Mansoor Bu Osaiba, Chief Executive Officer at Nedaa and Frank Eggmann, Consul general of Switzerland in Dubai; to formalise the agreement. Their cooperation seeks to push forward the goals of both entities, focusing on increased collaboration and sharing of resources in the field of security. Under the terms of the MoU, Esharah will coordinate with Techwan for the development of their initiatives in order to improve and expand command and control solutions.

Over a period agreed upon in the MoU, the companies will regularly meet to review activities and discuss new pathways for progression. Both parties have agreed to utilise their shared and available resources by developing and deploying secure solutions over Nedaa’s 4G LTE network to achieve their commitment within the bounds of the agreement.

Techwan’s SAGA product line is an application suite for police, fire brigade, ambulances, airports and private companies, essentially an advanced solution for operational management and crisis management. Each module is developed in collaboration with customers, designed to be modular, scalable extremely adaptable to meet specific needs.

Chosen by several prestigious customers, SAGA key features include user and role based access control; multiplatform interface; founded on latest .NETCore, Angular, Javascript technologies; and supporting Web, Windows, Android and iOS applications. SAGA also reduces response time, optimises assistance, reduces costs, increases situational awareness and interfaces with existing systems.

“Esharah is continuously working to strengthen its services and offerings. The MoU with Techwan reflects our commitment to strengthen the security landscape in the region, in line with the UAE Vision 2021. We are pleased to partner with Techwan to maximise the benefits of our shared resources, allowing us to assist Techwan in their journey towards improving efficiencies in security,” said Bahlooq.

“At Techwan, it is our mission to introduce technologies that provide support to professionals in charge of protecting the population. Our alliance with Esharah will serve to enhance our state-of-the-art offering of command and control systems for operational and crisis management and will help provide efficient and secure operations of our product to uniquely meet growing client expectations; capturing a market that is rapidly evolving,” said Mauron.
