Fidelis Cybersecurity is promoting its managed detection and response (MDR) service at Gitex Technology Week, along with its threat monitoring, hunting, detection and response capabilities.

Fidelis Elevate is an automated detection and response platform that dramatically improves the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations by delivering comprehensive network visibility, breach detection, intelligent deception, automatic alert validation and endpoint detection and response. The Fidelis Elevate platform includes Fidelis Deception, Fidelis Network, and Fidelis Endpoint—all of which are available via on-premises or cloud deployments.

“The highlight of our presence at this event, from a product and technology perspective, is our Elevate platform. GITEX is the perfect opportunity for us to roll out the Fidelis MDR service in the Middle East and I look forward to meeting with prospective and existing customers to discuss how our offering can help them improve incident response time, eradicate threats and secure sensitive data,” said Ivan Dolensky, Vice President, International Sales at Fidelis Cybersecurity.

The company’s Cyber Threat Analysis Center is staffed with security professionals, forensic analysts, incident responders and threat hunters that manage the Fidelis Elevate platform.

“We gather local intelligence from various security breaches and integrate the results into our products. Our deception technology essentially thwarts potential insider threats and it does that by creating decoys that sit inside the network. These decoys act as breadcrumbs for the attackers and further eliminate the possibility of false positives. The attackers are thus led to the decoy network while simultaneously creating validated threat intelligence that includes devices, data, and behaviour. In this pursuit, our security professionals can not only detect and defend but also learn from their tactics,” said Ken McDonalid – VP, Sales Engineering – Fidelis Cybersecurity.

Stressing the importance of the company’s channel community, Dolensky added: “We are participating along with our regional partners as well. Our business model is purely channel based and partners act as our extended arm in the market. We already have a good customer base in the region and we are utilising Gitex to endorse our position and to share our news on what new technology we are coming up with, and what services we can offer together with it.”
